What we actually do
You call (407) 537-0536 and describe the site: construction or event, how many people, what dates, which Florida city. We size the order against Florida Administrative Code 64E-6.0101 and, on construction work, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51. You get that number before anyone talks about price.
The request then goes to portable restroom companies permitted to service your county, and they quote you directly. That is the whole service. This is not a marketplace, we process no payments, and once the introduction is made we are out of the way.
What we will not do, stated plainly
- Claim to own units or trucks. Nothing on this site says our fleet or we deliver, because neither would be true.
- Publish reviews or star ratings. There are none that are real, so there is no review widget, no rating markup and no testimonials. The build fails if any appear.
- Publish a street address. A service-area business with no public premises does not have one. Inventing an address to look established is common in lead generation and it is dishonest.
- Claim licences or insurance we do not hold. The credential that matters in this industry is the servicing company Form DH 4013 county health department permit, and we show you how to check theirs.
- Present stock photography as project work. Illustrative images carry a caption saying exactly that, with the photographer and licence named. Project evidence blocks stay empty until real documented placements exist.
Why the site is built around regulations
Florida regulates portable restrooms, and almost no company in the industry publishes the rules. On 21 August 2026 we tried to read the three highest-ranking Florida vendor pages for this term. Two returned HTTP 403 to a non-browser request. The one that opened ran about 1,300 words, listed 45 Florida cities, and contained no price and no reference to 64E-6.0101.
That leaves customers unable to check whether the unit count they were quoted is right, whether their servicing frequency is legal, or whether the vendor is permitted at all. Publishing the rules costs us nothing and is the most useful thing this site can do.
It is also, frankly, why we can compete. Without a Google Business Profile or a review history, being the most accurate source on Florida portable restroom requirements is the only durable advantage available to us. The 2010 ADA Standards and the EPA pretreatment rules sit behind the rest of what we publish.

How to check any Florida operator before you book
We publish no reviews and no ratings, and we are not going to invent any. Here is what you can verify instead, in about five minutes, which tells you more than an anonymous score would.
- 1Ask which county health department issued their Form DH 4013 permit. Florida requires every portable restroom service company to hold one annually. A company that cannot name the issuing county is not one to use.
- 2Look at the service vehicle on delivery day. Florida requires permit information to be displayed prominently and permanently on it, so this is checkable without asking anyone anything.
- 3Get the servicing frequency in writing. Weekly is the Florida minimum at job sites and daily at special events. A quote that does not state frequency is not a complete quote.
- 4Ask what the delivery charge actually covers. Delivery, placement and collection are separate lines at some operators and bundled at others, which is why two quotes for the same job can look nothing alike.
