Portable restroom rentals in Florida

Eight rental types, each with its own Florida code requirements and its own 2026 price range. Each page publishes the rule that sets your unit count before it talks about money.

Porta Potty Rental

A standard porta potty is a single-occupant portable restroom with a sealed waste tank, a non-flushing toilet, a urinal, a ventilation stack and a lockable door, serviced on a scheduled route by a permitted Florida service company.

$150–$300 per weekend

Construction Porta Potty Rental

A construction porta potty rental is a portable restroom placed on an active job site under a recurring service contract, sized to the crew count required by OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 and Florida Administrative Code 64E-6.0101 Table PR II.

$175–$500 per month

Event Porta Potty Rental

An event porta potty rental is a portable restroom supplied for a special event, sized by attendance and event duration under Florida Administrative Code 64E-6.0101 Table PR I, serviced at least daily, and clustered with at least 5% ADA-accessible units under the 2010 ADA Standards.

$170–$230 per day

ADA Accessible Porta Potty Rental

An ADA porta potty is a ground-level, wheelchair-accessible portable restroom with a wide outward-swinging door, interior turning space, and grab bars, marked with the International Symbol of Accessibility. Under the 2010 ADA Standards, at least 5% of the units in each cluster, and at minimum one, must be accessible.

$230–$350 per weekend

Luxury Restroom Trailer Rental

A luxury restroom trailer is a towable, climate-controlled restroom unit with flushing porcelain toilets, running-water sinks, interior lighting and a fresh-water and waste-tank system, typically supplied in 2-station through 8-station configurations.

$750–$1,500 per weekend

Portable Hand Wash Station Rental

A portable hand wash station is a free-standing sink with a sealed fresh-water tank, foot or hand pump, soap and towel dispensers, and a greywater catch tank. Florida Administrative Code 64E-6.0101 requires one hand wash facility for every ten portable restrooms at special events and at remote locations where food is served.

$109–$175 per event

Portable Holding Tank Rental

A portable holding tank stores wastewater at a site with no sewer or septic connection until a permitted service company pumps it out. Florida Administrative Code 64E-6.0101 caps a portable holding tank at 300 gallons total effective capacity, requires that no portion sit more than 12 inches below grade, and requires secondary containment of at least 110% of the total waste capacity.

$200–$550 per month

Emergency and Hurricane Porta Potty Rental

An emergency porta potty rental is a portable restroom placed on short notice when a property loses sewer service, water pressure or building access: most often after a hurricane, a main break, a lift-station failure or a fire. Florida's hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30, and portable restroom inventory across a metro can be fully committed within hours of a landfall forecast.

$200–$550 per month
